Hi everyone, I did the NOHA couse in 2005/2006, and since then, after working for three different nonprofits, have started my own web and video company to work with a broader range of nonprofits.
I currently have two videos featured in an online video contest - the
winner of which is decided by public vote. Every vote is making a difference, so I thought I would make a request to the NOHA community to help me out!

The LinkTV contest features videos that look at successes in reducing
poverty/ people improving their lives.
There are six categories and the winner of each category will receive
$5,000 in funding.

If either of my videos win, every cent will go to helping the people
and communities featured in the respective video, to bring about even
more success.

Both can be found here:

Voting is simple - just the click of a button - and you can vote once
every day for both films until the 15th September.
The catch is that you have to register on the website first - but you
only have to do this once and it really does only take a couple of
minutes!
So, the first time you vote, this is process:
1) Register here: http://www.linktv.org/community/join
2) Check your email and click on the activation link
3) COME BACK TO THIS MESSAGE and click on this link:

4) Both of my films are displayed underneath my photo and bio. Click
on either title.
5) A green vote button is displayed below the video. Click this.
6) If you click back you can vote for the other film too because it's
in a different category.
7) If you don't log out, you will stay logged in for a quick and easy
return to vote tomorrow!
One video is currently in 6th place with very narrow margins between
places, so it would really be appreciated if you could send a few
votes to an ex-NOHA student over the next few days :-)
thanks a mill in advance,
very much appreciated!
